Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your user dashboard. The cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that time.

2. Refunds for Subscriptions

We generally do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. However, if you are unsatisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, please contact support for a full refund.

3. Refunds for One-Time Purchases

For pay-per-use reports or consultations:

• If a report failed to generate or contained significant errors, we will provide a full refund or regenerate the report free of charge.
• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
