Once promise is confirmed, the DBA period where all three operating planets (Dasha lord, Bhukti lord, Antara lord) are significators of 2-7-11 identifies the marriage window. If none of the ruling planets are connected to the relevant houses, the event is either not promised or requires a longer waiting period beyond the current planetary configuration.
